With both teams well matched, two goals from Dominic Walsh and a Sam Browne penalty gave Dunlop the advantage before Chapelfields pulled another goal back. Drew Moloney then capped a hard working performance, running the ball from within his own half before slotting in the last goal of a 5-2 win. The hard working London Road Lions also matched second placed Whitley Juniors. Twice the Lions went ahead with strikes from Kieran McFadden and Aaron Beard but each time the Juniors levelled the score as Jaydon Bickley and Liam Rocke scored. Jordan Hiscox put Whitley ahead for the first time before a second goal by Rocke earned Whitley three valuable points in a 4-2 win.

Under 10 Red: Ernesford took the game to Chapelfields with James Formstone giving the Dynamos the lead, midway through the first half. A few words of wisdom at half time by the Chapelfields management geed up their team in the second half and they were soon level when Alex Winders scored. Try as they might neither side could then break through and the game ended all square at 1-1.  An early Matthew Corrigan goal for Finham set the pace for an exciting game with Christ the King. Once Finham had gone in front, the Kings started to take hold of the game and a left foot shot by James Ritson pulled the teams level again. The Kings went straight onto the attack at the start of the second half with a shot from Lewis Martin hitting an upright before Taylor McGregor grabbed the winner for Christ the King two minutes fromtime.

Luke Watson restored the Athletic lead but Connor King equalised for the second time. Early in the second half, Gilder put Athletic back in front but once again Caputo, earning his man of the match award, levelled for Pro Santos before Ryan Murray put his side ahead for the first time with just a few minutes left, a goal that gave Pro Santos a 4-3 win. Pinley NDC claimed all three points with a 3-0 defeat of Ernesford Dynamos. Skipper Harvey Perch bagged a brace with Luke Leahy and Thomas Kirby netting the other goals, Adam Ellis notching the Wyken reply. Finham went 4-0 in front against Dunlop Juniors before having to settle for the draw. Ethan Hall set up Tom Rawlings for the first, Sean Kirkwood added the second, an individual effort from Adam King made it 3-0 before Dunlop conceded an own goal from a Rawlings cross. Benedict Poole in the Finham goal, then twice denied the Dunlop attack before Dunlop got back into the game when following a corner kick by Ryan Cowley, Stefan Grudzinski headed in their first. This was followed with two goals from Jake Holt. Matt Budd made it 5-3 to Finham but Dunlop came back strongly with a Stephen O’Sullivan free kick before Luke Ellis drove in the equaliser. Almost straight from the kick off, Abdullah Dawud put Christ the King ahead against Coundon Cockerels. The game developed fairly evenly with Natasha Miles (Cockerels) keeping the Kings defence busy with her constant probing. Sam Murphy and Eddie Owen in the Kings midfield responded in kind and it was not until late in the second half that the Kings secured a 2-0 victory when Charlton McBride rifled in a left foot shot.

The Potters were ahead inside the first ten minutes thanks to Conor McLean although Hawkes Mill came into their own in the latter part of the first period. After the break, it was the Hawkes who dominated and took control only to be denied an equaliser by the performance of Blakeman but finally a Luke Russell free kick was headed in by Chris Sarson to make the score 1-1. Under 14A: A seven game unbeaten run by Whitley Juniors continued with a fine 1-1 draw with front-runners, PSA Peugeot Citroen. Despite the game being very competitive in the atrocious conditions, referee Chris Pemble was left congratulating both teams on their sportsmanship. With the breeze in their favour, Whitley went ahead after a diagonal pass from Steven Dee was collected by Kurtis Marriott who netted from a tight angle. More good midfield play between Luke O’Kane, Adam Bannister and Dion Barrett put Matty Jardim in on goal but a superb saving tackle by Gavin McBride saved the day for Peugeot. In the second half, the roles were reversed as Peugeot went on all out attack and it needed a brilliant tackle by Bradley Deacon to prevent former teammate, Tom Ison from scoring. Under 18 Blue: Two well taken individual goals by David Lancaster, a thirty Yard screamer from James Waggitt and a tap in Rushi Athwal goal were enough for Finham Park Rangers to hold off a spirited challenge by AT7 Youth by 4-0. Coundon Court Old Boys and Whitley Juniors both created plenty of chances with the goalkeepers playing crucial roles in the game. After a goal less first half, the second began in torrential rain but it was another twenty minutes before the break through occurred. Coundon’s Paul Sowerby was played through for a one on one with the Whitley goalkeeper who bravely dived at Sowerby’s feet. The ball rebounded to the feet of Steven Quinney who promptly lashed it into an unguarded net to earn the Old Boys a 1-0 win.
